We Effect is a charity organisation that helps people living in poverty to fight poverty themselves. The organisation was founded in 1958 and works in around 25 countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa.
Anna Albinsson is in her role as global HR Director at We Effect contributing to a positive development of what We Effect is doing. Anna says that LOTS® is a very helpful tool for her and the whole of We Effect. Anna recently upgraded her skills as Lotscoach®. The upgrading was run by Stephan Stahl from Scandinavian Leadership.
