A team of 19 participants from Vasaloppet met in winter wonderland Sälen to create consensus on the future of Vasaloppet with the help of LOTS®.
They were all very happy with the process and are meeting with senior Lotscoach® Hans Åkerblom again in January. Prior to this meeting they will gather the whole team in order to help each team member feel involved in the process. A quick popcorn delivered the following feedback:
What was good?
Consensus, discussions, clarifying things (such as Goals for example), getting to know each other, new way of working, great need of getting together, dinner with time for conversations, we can apply what we learned on our daily work as well as at home, it was like a fresh start, that we constantly returned to LOTS®/the wheel.
What could be improved?
Inviting the whole team, more time for the Goals, physical activity, ”dog sledding”.
