Challenge: Implementing new skills in the real world for trust and confidence

by Sara Vogt 13 Aug, 2020

”We have so much been looking forward to being trained and certified as Lotscoach® within our organization.

During the program the ten of us have reflected and decided upon how we will prepare and carry out our first assignment as Lotscoach®. Now we trust our ability to process an issue with open structured questions and ‘questioning to the void’.

Finding one’s feet and fully realizing the potential of helping people consciously reflect and make sustainable decisions takes time. LOTS® is a co-creative process, which means:
– involving people in the decision making process
– inspiring a holistic view
– looking both Outside-in and Inside-out in everything we do

By practising and taking on assignments we will increase our trust in the process and avoid being trapped in our fears.

Our success factors as Lotscoach® are:
– well prepared
– asking structured questions that inspire reflection
– active listening
– confirming that we have been listening by paraphrasing
– summarizing the dialogue and the decisions”

The program was held by senior Lotscoach® Hans Akerblom.

Thank you Line Holt Wilgaard, Maritza Adam and Sara Vogt for contributing to making this program function so well online.

Further dates this fall.
