”LOTS® is not only a tool, it’s a language and can be used for so much more than I could have imagined”, one participant said after just having finished the first five days of training in order to become a certified Lotscoach®.
Being able to act as Lotscoach® was as usual much appreciated and is also an important part of the five days. The participants spend many hours acting as Lotscoach® with real issues, which leads to many reflections, a deeper understanding and more confidence in preparation for ”the real world”.
Senior Lotscoach® was Hans Akerblom, who amongst all scores of ten this time also received an eleven out of ten.
