One plan and a common language

Dustin, a leading online based IT-partner, wants their clients to be able to focus on their core activities. Then IT should be something that just works. The company has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the Netherlands and employs more than 1,500 people. In such a large company in a complex business field, having just one plan, as well as having a common language can be key to success.
