Recently an international certification program was held in Munich, Germany. Participants from Japan, China, Thailand, India, France, Germany, Sweden and the USA had gathered to become certified as Lotscoach® and learn how they in their role as Lotscoach® can assist their company in developing with the process of LOTS®.
The Lotscoach® carries a significant role within their own company in the sense that they contribute to the development of the organization and the culture.
LOTS® is powerful tool for both professional and personal life, which in its structured way makes it easy to use, one of the participants concluded.
Through the experience of Hans Akerblom and Stephan Stahl, working as Lotscoach® on the program, the participants experienced clarity, transparency and relevance to everyday life issues.
They appreciated the widened view through thinking Outside-in and Inside-out and enjoyed experiencing the power of curios open questions and questioning to the void.
Another 2 days are planned for in June in China.
